I hope thats all it is....My 99 Camaro when I start it it turns slower than usual and the odometer resets itself, plus the guages take a few seconds to react....voltage when running shows about 13....I bought it used so I think its the battery....anyone have the same happen?

 

Can't say that I've had those specific problems. But if you have the original battery, you're about due for a replacement. I'd replace the battery regardless. These LS1s begin to run strangely when the battery can't maintain a high enough amperage.
