Bassani Off-Road Y-Pipe

I"m looking to get the Bassani Off-Road Y-Pipe for my car i wanted to know if anybody has this pipe and how does it sound and if you can install this your self or does it need some welding

I have one on my 00 and it was a complete bolt on. Quite easy with a small amount of adjusting necessary to clear everything.
BUT I can't say what it will be like with the 99 the exhaust is completely different.

I just took my stock y pipe off my 99 and am going to put a stock one back on without cats. But i ran in to a small problem when the studs holding the y pipe to the exhaust manifolds all broke
so now i think im just gonna drill them out and put bolts in
