Angry arrrghh!! cant stop the squeak!

i have a belt squeak that just wont quit. at first it would only squeak in the morning, but after the car was warmed up it seemed to go away. i put some belt dressing on it and that only made it worse. took it to my mechanic and he said yes it was the belt so he put armor all on it. (he said it was better than belt dressing) it seems that just made it worse, cause then it was squeaking all day long.
so i changed the big fan belt and cleaned the pullys with carburator cleaner and the problem didnt go away, but it is not as loud anymore.
i am thinking that i need to change the accessory belt next. only thing is that my belts look fine. they only have 28,000 miles on them. the belts look brand new, what mileage should they be changed at regularly? has anybody else had this problem?
any suggestions? i feel like i just wasted $25 on a new belt for nothing, though i am glad the other belt will only be $10 when i do change it.

Could be bad idler bearings. Spray some WD-40 in the them and see if it helps, if it does, you know thats your problem

Might be the tensioner bearing - you should be able to locate where the squeek comes from ...
