That's a nasty cam. I don't have any experience with it..but I'll guess that it would be worth ~ 60 rwhp depending on what kind of heads you are running and peak around 6500 rpm. Probably idle like crap, too.

...I've the the 228R cam and I love it big time...you'll need a tune for sure...as for head work be careful, you may run into valve clearence issue's..and if you do want ported heads, you'll have to go with 5.3 heads..

 

I have a 230/230 .590/.590 on a 112 with my h/c setup.I dynoed 443/407 on a low dyno. The cam is big and with tuning it can idle decent. I have no track times with my car yet untill I get a 12 bolt. I am shooting for 10's.

 

I know someone who runs a 226/236 .525/.525 110LSA on his stock heads z. Runs real strong, ran on stock tuning.
