Tight. Probably until "snug", then about another ~1/4 turn. Torque specs?? meh! Just tighten them until they feel tight!

Yeah just wrench away, no biggie JK I just thought that was funny, I have no idea what the torque specs are? I would probably just do the same or you could call the servive dep at Chevy dealer, maybe Chiltons would have that, or you could call the maker of the trany.
