Anyone know their actual (normal) operating temp?

I am going to be putting in some Auto Meter's, and I was wanting to know if anyone knew what temperature LS1's normally operated at. The dummy gauge that comes stock doesn't really help any, so I was hoping someone knew for sure.

I don't want to have a full set of Auto Meter's and have the H20 temp. needle riding at the high side of it all the time.

Thanks.
