Anyone ever had their car damaged by a tow truck?

hey guys, my car got towed the other night and the wrecker broke a big chunk out of my spoiler, cracked the paint on my rear deck lid, bent one of my rims, and split one of my tires about 3/8's of an inch deep. has any one else ever been through this, and what is likelyhood that I will get any money from the wrecker?

It has happened to me with another car I had. When the guy went to tow it onto to truck bed I noticed the wheels were turned all the way to the left. I told him to let me turn them straight but he said not to worry about it. Well as he drug it up onto the bed I saw the force of the wheels being pushed back. Ended up bending both my shock towers back and screwed up the front suspension. The repair shop told me they had to pull the frame because of this. I told them about what their truck did and they said there was no way they could of damaged it. That is was already that way. Long story short, I got screwed and had to pay for it all. I wish you good luck and push it more if they resist paying. I sure wish I had. They have insurance so that should take care of it.

Make sure you do everything you can to prove it was them. Pictures, witnesses, anything. Those f*ckers will try to screw you for anything. Sorry, I've had bad experiences too...
