Question Anybody running Stg2Heads w/single springs?

I was wondering if anybody was running a
head/cam car with Stg2 heads that had
single springs instead of dual and if there were
any troubles there after?

The question is, what lift cam are you running. Single springs work fine on any head as long as the cam lift doesn't exceed the max lift rating of the spring. When you get into the higher lift cams then you'll probably want to go with dual springs even on stock heads.

Good choice in a cam....throw a set of Comp 918s on it and be done with it. They are relatively inexpensive, fit without any machine work to the heads, and you can use your stock retainers and keepers.
