Any new info on Comp's intake?

Last I heard...
~$500 & out by October

according the PHR story, using the composite material makes it cost mroe than an aluminum casting, so I dont think it will be 500 bucks since the aluminum Weiand intake costs 550.

other than that I dont have a clue

The word here in Memphis is that it will be out this fall and have a street price around $800.

What's the full story on this intake? What years LS1 will it fit on ( LS1 EGR applicable?) Is it 50 state legal?

For $800 I'd better be seeing some damn serious gains in rwhp over the LS6 intake ... at least in the 25 range. Even at $500 I would be looking for 15-20 ...

some of us weren't blessed with the ls6 intake so we hafta get one anyway and they are 475 new so.....
