I have an annoying noise similar to that as well, it pisses me off especially if I have the fan on high. What is the problem?

You probably sucked in a leaf ... You can take apart the dash to get to the fan and remove it ... or just wait, it'll eventualy wear itself out ...

When I first got my car it did something similar except it vibrated the entire dash when the fan was on high and made a strange noise. It also didn't put out much air. I dealt with it for about 2 months then I got sick of not being able to put the ac on high so on the passenger side under the dash there are 2 panel clips right below the glove box door and maybe a screw somewhere I cant remember for sure, but take them out and the cover drops down. Once the cover is out of the way you can see the fan motor there. It is held in place by 3 screws and once they're out it drops down. Mine was about half full of leaves. After a dumped them out it stopped the noise and vibration and the amount of air comming out of the vents was about twice as much. I couldn't even feel any air at all on low before and afterword low felt like the 3rd position did before.
