Air restrictor plate and EGR blockoff????
Can someone please explain to me what the EGR blockoff does and what the AIR restrictor does? I am confused

If you want to remove your AIR/EGR systems you need to seal the hole in the intake and air tube ports on your manifolds. See http://www.ls1camaro.net/sections.ph...icle&artid=70. Don't know what the air restrictor does - but if you remove your AIR system it needs to be sealed completely. Hope this helps.
