Does anyone know if the V6 airbox base will work with a LS1 lid?

The boxes are the same. A long time ago this was asked and no one responded so I went out and put my LS1 lid on my 98 V6 Camaro and it fit.

If you are buying a LS1 aftermarket lid for your V6, the LS1 lids don't come with a hose to connect the lid to the throttle body (because they are setup differently). You could buy a hose like the exhuast hose of a dryer and a LS1 lid and it would be like a V6 lid except the hole on the lid is centered.

 

The base is probably the same.

However, at least some years the TB was off-centered on the lid, though.
