Question Acting funny after header install!!!

I installed a set of Flowtech LT's and had a custom y pipe fabbed up. It runs really rough at idle, with some mild backfiring. The SES light came on after 15 miles of driving, and it kinda' stumbles when trying to get on it. Im waiting to get my PCM re-tuned after I get a cam installed, so I was wondering if it might be an engine miss, or something. Has anyone else had this problem? Any feedback would be great! Also, it sounds deeper, and more mellow, but not as loud as before. I have a Borla cat-back, w/ hollowed cats. Is this normal? Im waiting until Monday to get the codes pulled from the computer at the local Chevy dealer. Im sure you all know how how it feels to have a problem w/ your car, and cant wait to get it resolved, so you know its driving me nuts! Any help would be great guys! Thanks!

more than likely youll get an cylinder missfire code pulled becuase probably either a spark plug is loose, or a wire is burned. check and triple check your spark plugs and wires.
