Question ? about my electrical system? Please everyone read and try to help?

At night when I am driving down the road, my lights and whole electrical system will flash and my volt gauge will go below 13. I had the alternator checked and it is fine. It happens alot at night. The guy told me it could be my regulator in my alternator, but they can't check it unless it is doind it when they check it. Anyone experience this?

It's perfectly normal. Every 98+ LS1 f-body I have seen has lights that go from bright to dim momentarily at night.

No problem...

But the thing is it has gotten worse. And it may be ok for them to dom for a sec, but not every 2 or three min. And on top of that my amp gauge should not go down.
