About how much does a 1998 M6 z28 with about 60,000 miles go for?

Depends on options and what part of the country. But I would say 12 or 13k would be right about right for my area (chicago).

Cool

Depends on your area.

In TX you should be lucky if you get $10K out of one.

I was referring to buying one at a dealership. Yes selling one would be less then that here in Chicago as well.

i bought my 98 optioned out Z auto for 10k. A manual is a little more rare than the auto but still should go between 10-11 realistically.

yes you did get lucky.

I got my 98 with 62455 exactly a year ago for 11,500.
They wanted 14XXX, but I told em my bank would only
finance for 11500. Not really the case, but I know they
probably knew that, but why tell me I'm lieing and loose the sale.

You could find one for around $9,000.

A year ago I saw a 98 NBM SS that had light damage to the rear passanger quarter panel , automatic w/49k miles for $7,500.
