98-02 Fbody GM Repair Manuals

I've been to a couple auto-parts shops and they have GM 92-00 Chevrolet Camaro repair manuals but they really only cover the v6 and the LT1. Anyone know where you can pickup a repair manual on the LS1's?

Try looking on ebay. Sometimes they have some odd ball items. i remember seeing the shop manual set that you would find at a dealer. I work at a dealer and asked one of the techs how vbaluable it would be to have a set like that. he said if i planned on keeping the car that it would be a wise investment. Good luck

I called a local GM dealership ... A guy in Parts & Services gave me this #: 1-800-782-4356 ... I haven't called yet so I don't know much more.

Like said above, get the 3 volume Helms set if you're serious about working on your own car. It's the "real" manual that GM uses.

They'll run you over $100 if you get them directly from Helms. Try searching on Ebay (got a NEW set for my '01 SS for $35 shipped), or try www.factoryautomanuals.com . I got a used set from them when I had my '95 Z for $65.
