Do this:

Lid ($100)
Ported TB ($100 - TOPS)
Pacesetters/TSP ORY ($500)
Magnaflow/LM1 ($500) - I went GMMG so it's around $700.
SSRA ($200)
Mail Order Tune ($250) - There's a local guy that does a WB/Roadrunner Street tune for the same.

$1,650.- total for the same results. And if you look you sould be able to get some used parts and save even more.

That SLP kit is a total waste of money.

Farva,

Chrome put together a pretty good list of bolt-ons at a reasonable price.

The kit in the link is near $4000.... is that your budget? or are you preferring to stay strictly "bolt-on"? For $4000 you could probably get most of those bolt-ons as well as a nice heads/cam package that would put you in the 425 RWHP ranged. Patriot Racing or Texas-Speed or Maryland-Speed could set you up with an affordable H/C package and likely could assist you with the bolt-ons. Give us a little better idea of your goals and we could probably get you a better idea on cost and power.
