3 more days of V6 driving...02 Formula next
I got my 02 Pontiac Firebird v6 last year and I just took the plunge for an LS1 NHRA edition FORMULA! The V6 was great, but I know the Formula will be alot more fun to drive. Anyway, I had to locate the car in Conn, which is 100 miles away from me and I have to drive the car all the way home from there. I know I have to break her in, but what should I really focus on on the way home? Should I keep it uinder 55? or just keep alternating speed? Thanks for any input.

Congrats on the new ride, you're going to LOVE IT! HELL NO, don't stay under 55, just vary the speed and work the gears, don't use the cruise control for 700 miles or so, but keeping it under 55 is BS. Don't beat it but don't baby it either! Good Luck and HAVE FUN!!
