was wondering if anyone knew if 275 tires will fit on the stock 16in rims on my 99 TA. IF so what size exactly?

 

most liely your rims are 16 by 8 right......
if so then 275 will fit but the sides wil look a lil weird not raly noticable


kinda like i put 315 on stock ss rim..

 

I'm curious about this too as I'm about to get some new tires. I want to get some 275s. Will they just stick out a little over the rim?

Can I run them up front and have no problems?

 

do not go that wide on a stock 16x8 wheel. The tire is too wide, and would not fit right. It could be dangerous, and the tire would get uneven wear. Stick with a 245 or at most a 255. If you want 275's then get some 17x9's. You can pick up some silver ZR1's or 10 spoke SS wheels pretty cheap.

 

First, show me a 275/XX street tire for a 16 inch rim...that's not a truck tire.
