Rv thats exactly what I thought also, I went to the muffler shop yesterday and he told me it was in the engine maybe I will just go get a second opinion. It is doing it less and less from yesterday and today

i would go for a second opinion. doesnt sound like anything valvetrain. could be piston slap, i guess, but my bet is still on exhaust leak.

Look, Im gonna be the naysayer and not go with the exhaust leak theory. Given the type of exhaust gaskets these cars use; how often does that really happen? Plus, an exhaust shop already said thats not it. I hope Im wrong, though.
Time to start looking at it more seriously before its really hurt (if not already).
Does it still make the noise with the belt off? (dont run it long, but rule out acessory drive noise). also, you can probably use a long handled screwdriver and listen to various parts of the block or heads and see what you can pinpoint as far as noise. Maybe narrow it down to up top, or bottom end.
Then, drain the oil into a CLEAN pan and filter it through some coffee or paint filters. Cut the oil filter open and look for happy metal flakes there too.
IF you get nothing, and are up to it; pull the tappet covers are check for bad rockers and bent pushrods. Other than that, its lifters or bottom end. (or, in my case when I had a similiar noise; bad camshaft. Factory cam had a defect and partially wiped a lobe off.)

went to 2 different known mechanics today and they both said the same thing.... sticky lifter. I did a mobil 1 synthetic oil change the other day and its still around but not as much but im going to go with a sticky lifter. I have owned the car for 2 weeks so who knows how long the car sat before I bought it. Labor for this is insane so hopefully it might go away if its just sticking I was also told try this mystery marvel oil thing is it worth trying?

An oil change will NEVER fix a noise like that
That might be a lifter failure, but it's not a collapsed lifter. It could be a lifter that went sideways. Or it could be a bearing in the bottom end. Regardless, that noise is an indication of a serious engine problem.

I Understand, I did the oil change because i bought the car 2 weeks ago and it needed one anyway. I am just confused because now it comes around for maybe 2 minutes then its gone sometime the entire day no noise
