2002 Camaro z28 cam help

Hey Camaro lovers.... I have a 2002 Camaroz28 110xxx miles with long tube headers and y pipe.... What I'm trying to look for is a cam for my Camaro.... But I have no idea what type of cam I should put.... My Camaro is completely all stock, all I have is the headers... I'm looking for that 2nd stage cam any help please and I'm from Los angles...

your in LA & you have longtubes? (is that legal) do you have an auto or stk? the problem when adding a cam is the springs! my stk 99 springs had trouble over 5800 rpm. if your not going to change springs maybe add 1.8 rockers & call it a day (they would add a smidge of lift). IF your porting your heads or better yet buying some ls6 ported heads w at least ls6 springs then i would recommend a tr224 thx
