Have a history report done on the car and do it yourself. Don't let the dealership run it. Otherwise that sounds like an okay deal.

too much

Thats way too much for that car, I see them all the time for under 18-19k. I bought my SS (99) at the end of Feb. for 14,000. It was perfect and had 40k on it then (but not now ). Definately shop around. Try cars.com and ebay or even the local papers.

Not when they give you ten grand for a trade in that was worth 8,000$ and extended warranty to 150,000 miles! As well as brand new tires, and like I said, perfect show condition.
