200 shot!?!?

i was talking to my friends roomate the other night about cars. he got on the subject of how one of his friends was running a 200 shot of nitrous on his pretty much stock 98 formula ls1. i was just kinda lookin at hime like!?!? would u need to have a built motor for this...liked the pistons forged and all that stuff. i didnt think a stock ls1 was capable of handling such a shot with out blowing the motor.

ive heard that the stock 10 bolt rearends are very likely to snap if u use ET streets and hook up. would i be likely to snap it using nitto drag radials on my SS?

thanks for the help and comments.
