17's in front and 16's in the back...possible?

I bought some new rims and tires recently, 17's. I want drag tires for the back but I dont want to change the tires on my current rims from street to drag back to street. I was wondering If it was possible to get a set of drag tires for my 16's that would work with my 17's so the car works properly. I.e. so the abs doesnt freak out. I was thinking maybe there is a certain tire hieght and profile of a 16 in rim and tier setup that work be equivalent to my 275/40/17. If so , which drag tires, and is there a place online to buy it?
thanx

A 275/40/17 and 245/50/16 are the same height, but I dount that going to a 255/50/16 BFG DR for dragstrip use will cause any problems.

a 245/50/16 is the exact same circumfrence as a 275/40/17 so the amount of revolutions per mile is the same. I'm planning on getting 315/35/17 for my 17X11's and they have just a little bigger circumfrence than 275's but im not really worried at all I just want more traction.

for drag racing more sidewall is better. more flex, more contact patch for off the line.
