I took the Bird to the dragstrip this morning. I was hoping for 12.4 @ 115, and if my clutch would have played nicely it might have happened. On every run it felt like it slipped a little off the line, and then a little when I shifted to fourth. There was a fifth run, but the clutch slipped so badly off the line I just drove down the track to the first turnoff and went home.

And before you give me a hard time for the R/T, they were running instant green, ie no ambers. They also tore the slips in half so you couldn't see what your opponent ran
Something I also found interesting was that I drove 292 miles to and from the track including the runs. I filled up before I left, and it took 11.9 gallons to fill it up once I got back. 24.5 mpg isn't bad considering I had the T-tops off to and from
