0W-40 Mobil One?

Is 0W-40 oil safe to use in an LS1? I ask because I get it for free at work. Its nicer than payin $5 a qt.

I ran 0W-40 Mobil 1 for awhile in my car, and currently run Amsoil 5W-40 European Car Formula. You will be fine.
