For the A4 model... they come stock with what gear in the rear? My friend says his has 2.73's... is that right?

 

Check the codes on the sticker on the drivers door

GU2 : 2.73

GU5 : 3.23

GU6 : 3.42

Of course, theres always the possibility someone swapped out the stockers for another ratio....but I doubt anyone would swap in 2.73s

 

So they do come with 2.73's... I didn't know that. I feel ashamed!!

So if he switched to 3.73's... thats like 1/2 second off his time!! hhaha thats crazy

 

I wouldnt say a 1/2 second but he could exspect a good 2 maybe 3 tenths
