My neighbor has an 02 35th Anniv. SS brickyard 400 convertible. Im guessing its a pace car. Im just curious to how rare these things are. It has the full stickers package and all. Just wondering how many of these they made. Any info would be great.

no looks just like the 35th edition ss. red w/ silver stripes black hood insert, the 35th wheels yada yada . its a 35th anniv ss w/ brickyard 400 stickers on the doors.

 

Hmm, I dunno. Maybe he just bought the decals? Or maybe there was an option to get the decals on a 35th anniversary SS that I don't know about.

As far as I know, the Brickyard 400 parade cars were all silver. At least the ones that were at Indy.

Indy 500 festival cars are silver Z28's and the Brickyard 400 SS pace cars come in several colors depending on the model year.

First pic is the car! Now I wonder how many brickyard editions there are???? Too bad Im in Miami back at school now and I cant ask the guy. Oh well
