I want a Moser 12 bolt, and I am wondering where the cheapest place would be or if anybody has any information on where to get one for a price around there. Thanks

Cool

FT Force has rear ends from Moser, but though SLP, just using the SLP pinion Gears. I’m looking for one for my car. I was considering a Ford 9” but I heard they make too much noise. I really hate noises! Let me know how it goes.

A Ford 9" would not make anymore noise than a 12-bolt. What makes the noise/whine people hear are the gears. It all depends on how the gears are setup. You can make a stock 10bolt houl like a banshee if you set the gears up too tight.

Depends, What are you looking for? Spline count, spool or posi, t/a girdle or reg cover, yoke size, ABS and or TCS. Price can vary from 1800-2700 depending on options and vendor.
A good ref is:

Because the track is a **** hole. Should be called the Dirtway. Tech makes **** up to kick newer cars out and their mph is off. Ask in the MI forum if you want more feedback.

Got a perfectly good Moser Ford 9" off of this board from Chris B for $1200 with a locker and 4.11's and a set of 4.56's...i went to pick it up since it was local...it is in great shape..the install has been problomatic though due to a few brake probs and rear sway bar fitment issues...
