Well it's hard to tell the ram-air hood typically indicates a WS6 but it could have been added on by the previous owner. Have you asked the seller?

 

It's most likely not. Look at the air intake.

Another thing, those look like 16" wheels, WS6's came with 17's. And the guy doesn't even mention it, so I highly doubt it.

i dont think i would buy an lt1 for 11k, i bouht my ls1 for 9700, its no that its in bad shape, but personally, i would rather the ls1 over the lt1

 

thing is, i really want a TA vert. theres formulas for less with less miles, but i like the look of the TA more. i figured i would offer maybe 9.5 OTD, if that much. right now Im in a 02 V6 mustang, so its gonna be a little different. but its hard as hell to find 6-speed verts!

WS6 coupes had 17" wheels. Convertibles had 16" wheels.

Does not claim to be a WS6 in the ad. Intake is not WS6. Hard to tell, but does not appear to have WS6 badge under right rear tail light.

 

there were no 1996 T/A WS6 'verts..only 1997's (in the LT1 years that is)
