Unhappy Wiper blade issue help!!!!!!

Hi my name is Jenn I have a 98 SS Camaro and have noticed a issue with the wiper blades they have 24in on them but will not wipe total area leaves bottom wet and dirty skipping over it like a third to half missed every time. I thought maybe needs new blades to my surprise no one sells refills ticked me off a bit so bought new complete set. same issue is this a common issue or am i just a sucker......i wasthinking maybe the manufacture had a brain fartand the size needs to be smaller?
Any assistance is wonderful......

Hugz so teh Camaro Lovers out there,

Jenn

get the trico neoforms or any type of blade that has a bend to them will help with better contact surface. MY buddy with his 95z had the same problem he just bent in his wiper arm a bit to fix it.
