Windows not going up?
Windows not going up?
So in this 1994 Trans Am I might be buying soon, the drivers window doesn't go up and the passenger's side is having troubles. I figure if I buy it, it's going straight to the shop to get that fixed. Don't want to leave it sitting at night with no window down or a crap cover on, could get stolen or something. So I was wondering. Would it just be replacing the window motors, or should I get one of those Autotrix kits and have the shop install it? Would this be the necessary kit to fix my problems? http://www.autotrix.net/Product-Wind...Bundle_14.aspx
Also, about how much would a garage charge me to replace the window motors or to install this kit? I don't want to do it myself because I've never pulled door panels and don't know if it would require pulling rivets and replacing them and all that. Well, thanks guys.
