My driver side window moves about 2 inches up and down but not past that, if I try pulling it up while holding the switch it still will not move, my passenger side is slow... but fine... Is the window off the track or is the motor gone?

 

Motor is probably gone; that's a common issue. Your passenger window is probably about to go out too.
