my drivers side and passenger side windows go up and down pretty damn slow, and its starting to get annoying lol, the driverd side has a brand new window motor so I dont know if theres any other reason why that would happen, but any info would help me out - thanks!

The guides and tracks may need some lubrication.

Re: windows

Yeah Rob, I just replaced the seal on the driver's side (thanks to your online guide) and now the window motor is showing its age. I guess the added resistance from the new style seal is putting the motor to the limit. Before I replace the motor though, I'd like to try lubing things up. Do you have any recommendations on what to use and where to look to put the grease? Thanks.
