Window Motor After Install Lubricating Question

I recently installed a new window motor on the drivers side of my camaro. It is going up slow. I read on here that you could use lithium grease to lubricate something so the motor does not have to work as hard. I can't find that post so could somebody please tell me where I should put the lithium grease either by a detailed explanation or a picture?

Thanks!

Someone put something about lubricating the felt window guides or whatever they are (the part that wipes the water off the window when you roll it down). I think they sprayed something on it though, didn't put grease on it.

You put it on the moving parts and window channels inside the door.
