Whos got the fastest Camaro here?
Just wondering out of all the Camaro nuts here, does anyone claim they have the fastest street camaro? What are some of your guys times? Im most intrested in fourth gen, and not drag only cars.

The owner of this 30th SS convertible used to post here when he still owned the car. It was street driven up to the 1,125HP level (9.04@156), then pulled off the street when he added the 'chute. I actually had a chance to drive it on the street at the 1,125HP level. It was unbelievable, and the power was virtually useless on the street.
This was actually the first pass with a brand new engine...... he ran it in the PRO/Edelbrock Xtreme Street series for a while, then sold it to raise money for a new business.

Tony Shepherd (fast 93 z) went 9.85 @ 140.7 with his old setup. Now he's in the process of a new buildup so we'll have to wait and see what it does. He still drove it on the street.

I remember that car when it was for sale, my boss would have bought it but I guess it sold before he e-mailed the guy.
I know guys on the street making near 1,000rwhp and your right, on the street you really can't use it.
Gotta have slicks and VHT.......

Yeah I thought his was the fastest on the street also till he threw on the chute.
I remember that car when it was for sale, my boss would have bought it but I guess it sold before he e-mailed the guy.
