a lot of the cops in Sacramento and the outlying areas (Roseville, Folsom, etc) are cracking down hard on no front plates and other stuff. They seem to be lumping in the domestic guys in with the ricers and thinking we are all the same and harassing some of the local fbody guys. There have been quite a few posts on the norcal ls1/lt1 board about this exact thing.

 

Jerks. Makes it harder for them to gun you. Haha.

 

I think their hideous as well, but I have put them on my car because of being pulled over numerous times for it. Many of my friends get pulled over as well, and some don't get tickets, but alot do. And NO, its not because they're driving like idiots.

 

I feel sorry for you guys that HAVE to put front license plates on. I haven't had a front license plate on for about a year now, with 0 hassles whatsoever. I park next to 2 cops every day at work. I guess it helps that the 2 cop cars are a red LS1 SS and a black Stang GT.

 

i just got pulled over for this exact reason tonight. no ticket this is the second time i have gotten pulled over for it. i am thinking seriously about getting one. but they are so f***ing ugly. just outa curiousity anyone know how much the ticket for that runs i have a feeling i wont get another warning.
