Thumbs up Wheel Spacers for 3rd Gen

I got a KILLER deal on some '02 factory Camaro SS 17" wheels for my '89. My '89 is lowered 1.8" all around (Eibach) and I know the offset is different in the 4th Gen F-bodies anyway and I've heard of wheel-spacers just for this swap. Anybody know where to get the best ones? Thanks!

Vette Brakes & Products sells quality adapters..... you just need to figure the exact width you want. As a guideline, the 3rd Gen rear axle assembly is 3" narrower than the 4th Gen rear axle, so you are looking at something in the 1.5" range. But if I recall correctly, some 3rd Gen had different offsets on the front and back wheels. You need to verify the width requirement.

I have fourth gen wheels on my car, and I got 2.5 inch spacers from Vette brakes and products...They are just the right size and are a quality piece of metal. If you have a metal lathe and a drill press, make your own...They are 200 bucks a pair.

Thanks for the info, buddies! As for the 2.5" spacers...is that 2.5" for each corner or is that just the rear? My stock 16's have different offsets from front to rear, so do I need to buy 4 spacers or just two? Thanks again!
