Where they are burning? Any way to re-route them? DEI Woven heat sleeves work great. MSD sell a kit for plug boots/wire protection. IMHO, best will be to get good wires and route them right.

The wires are not burning right now, but I'm about to order some lt hookers and I've heard that headers sometimes burnt wires, I just wanna prevent it from happening when I get the headers.
thansks for the reply.

you can do all that... go to the v6 section, its not uncommon for us to have burning wire problems form the factory. Alot of us have heat sheething I have had no problems since then. My stockers would burn the rearward, passenger side wire.

buy some high temp wires, like the elitesparkplug wires, believe they go up to 1200 degrees protection.
If you have headers, and route them over the valve covers and use common sense, you won't have any burning problems. When your wires touch the primaries is when you have a problem, just make sure that doesn't happen.
