I was thinking of doing oil temp and air/fuel ratio, but i dont know what to other i should have? Also do the electrical gauges come with sending units for the oil temp, or do i have to find those separately?

Electronic gauges, like the AutoMeter stuff comes with the required sending unit.

You might want to think twice about the A/F ratio gauge. Unless its connected to a wide-band sensor, its not going to provide much more than a psychedelic light show that provides little info.

I have electric trans temp and oil temp in a dual guage pillar, and electric fuel pressure and mechanical nitrous pressure and oil pressure in the center A/C vents.
