Just guessing I'd say you could get a couple grand for it, but your prices to fix stuff below on way on the low side. It sounds like the car needs a complete engine rebuild, transmission rebuild and paintjob as well as a new radio, seatcovers, headliner and tires.

A decent paintjob starts at $1500, closer to $2000 if you want it to look anything like the original factory finish. Add to that some minor dent reapir and you are closer to $2500. To rebuild the motor and transmission will be thousands as well.

I think you have a nice project car for someone that wrecked their car and wishes to transplant all their parts onto a new chasis. I bet you can find a buyer, it looks like a good opportunity for someone.

Good luck.

I'd say about $1500- $2000. But it depends on normal prices and availability in your area. I paid $2500 for THIS because it had t tops and an M6, these are hard to find in my area. I did have to replace the right rear quarter ($1200), but the engine and trans are perfect. In the end it all worked out but cost me about 9k to get to it's current condition. (see sig)

By the way, I'm parting out a 97 and have many of the parts you list.
