what does this term mean?

"Do not drag brakes"? It's on my brake pad box under brazing instructions. What is dragging your brakes?

It's like Riding your brakes. Some people have a bad habit of doing it when they drive and can't keep their foot off the brake when they're driving.

Yup, dang 2 footed drivers. That's why we were taught to only drive with one foot. They're the ones you see driving down the road with their brake lights on. You never now when or if they're slowing down to turn or something cause the lights never change. I hate that.
