CAGS = Computer Aided Gear Selection. In other words, it's the skip shift on M6 cars. It's rather annoying so it's one of the first mods most people make ( skip shift eliminator). I already did it.

 

"!" before something generally means that a factory feature has been removed from the car.

CAGS is Computer Assisted Gear Selection, AKA skip-shift. It's a feature on M6 cars designed to improve around-town gas mileage, and it can get a little annoying.

I have no problem with it in my 99 vette.

It only activates when I'm doing 10mph @ 1500 rpm.

When would I shift there any ways.
