What belt tensioner should I get for my 98Z?

What belt tensioner should I get for my 98Z?

It's about the last thing I need to replace to hopefully get rid of the dreaded squeek that happens when it's humid outside.

So what brands should I look at? Is Katech an overkill?

What condition is your drive belt in, and are you sure it's not a idler pulley with bad bearings?

I've changed the idler pulley and belt already and the problem still persists. It's worst when it's humid and recently it's been raining and it's damn near embarrasing driving around with all the squeeking.

I've got the Katech tensioner on my car, I've had it for a good 5yrs now works great and it looks a lot nicer than the factory one; go for it !
