Scared the crap out of me this past weekend when I leaned on it a little too hard while changing the plugs 
!
I was damned surprised- it bowed a little but popped right back out.... no dent or marks

...and to think people criticize the 4th-gens like they were pieces of junk
. Also, the galvanized body panels are nice ... no rust! 
I've got a couple deep stone chips in my hood that have been there for almost ~3 years, and the bare exposed metal is still pretty much silver! (too bad it's on the black part of the hood and not somewhere amongst the silver stripes ).
