Update on my 383 buildup!

Ok, well I figured I would post a little update as to what I have in the works...

I sold the car chassis today and so I purchased a nice bottom end to use as the base for my new buildup... Here are the details...

The bottom end:

Thermally cleaned and Stainless-Steel Shot. Inspected by MPI process. Decked, bored, honed with torque-plates and pressure washed.

Clevite cam bearings
4-bolt main caps.
Eagle 4340 Forged Steel
Eagle Forged 4340 H-Beam, 6" Length, Floating Pin
SRP Forged
Speed-Pro Plasma-Moly
Clevite Main and Rod Bearings
Brass Pioneer Core Plugs
Full Rotating Assembly Dynamic Balancing
ARP main cap studs
Melling High Volume Pump, Pickup Tube and HD Drive
New factory 6-quart oil pan
Rings spaced for slight nitrous use
Compression ratio set to 11:1...

The top end:

GM 847 Cam - 234/242 .575"/.595" on 112LSA
Comp Cams "R" Lifters
Trick Flow Chromemoly Steel Pushrods
Comp Magnum 1.6 Self-Aligning RR's
Comp Cams 978 Springs 150ish seat psi, 400ish nose psi
Lloyd Elliot Stage 2 Heads with Manely Race Flo 2.00" intake/ 1.56" exhaust valves. Flowed 271/187 @.550". 55cc Combustion Chambers.
GM Performance LT1 Carb Intake (Dual plane)
Demon 750cfm 4 barrel with mechanical secondaries
Summit racing 15" air cleaner...

Other/misc: (some still need to be purchased)

Opti delete kit from GM Performance
(Insert brand) distributor
(Insert brand) plug wires
(Insert brand) plugs
(Insert brand) harmonic balancer
Jet-Hot Long Tubes

Any ideas on what kind of power this setup should make?

Also any suggestions on the electrical gear would be nice too...

Have fun with the golen motor. Turn it to 6800 and I'd definetly see 430 rwhp/tq with a good dyno tune
