Anybody doing any thing different with there exhuast tips, besides the normal out the rear. Anyone have there exhaust run out the side of the car behind rear tire? Or using turndowns? Is there any advantage to using turndowns ?

people with true duals have turn downs and side-outs, that I have seen.... The problem is the noise that reverberates in the car.... The main concern is ground clearance...

 

I have Flowmaster 3" catback, with single outlet. I've thought about getting a dual type tip and running out behind the rear wheel. Just like to see some pics of what everybody else has.

 

Not currently...

As long as you get the outlets out from underneath the car there is no reverb inside the car. Gound clearance is no different than just having Hooker LT's... which I'm running, the collectors are still the lowest point in the whole system.

 

I have the quad tips (borla) IMO it makes the car look much better then the factory exhaust which had the turndowns.
