Transmission Issue

So basically when I shift in my car in any gear I get very light noise and vibration threw the shiftier during certain instances not all the the time but more often then not, it stops once in in gear but not while changing to a gear and lifting up the clutch if say I'm cruising and need to come to a stop if I push the clutch in and then make a turn or hit a slight bump the vibration and noise will be there and its kinda like a winding vibration if I still have it in gear but the clutch pushed in if I move the shiftier to neutral it goes away I have no slippage in the clutch at all to the wheels at WOT or not it doesn't affect the drive ability of the car either and the noise is very very quiet its more of a vibration to me my question is what do you think it is and what needs to be replaced?

Stock shifter and stock mounts it just started about 2 days ago and I haven't done any work to the car past month and never anything to the transmission.
