Threw a code, bank 1 lean...

So my cars been running crappy for a while...
It pops under load at low RPM... once it gets to about 2000rpm it runs fine.
I had no codes until yesterday, when I finally got one...
Bank 1 lean, it says, I cleared it, it hasn't come back yet, but the car still runs like crap.

Now I've changed the TPS, the coolant temp sensor, cleaned the throttle body, the IAC, and the mass air flow sensor....

Should I be replacing those last two sensors?
Also the car seems to have the slightest exhaust leak on the drivers side... up close to the engine. I'll take it into an exhaust shop but can this be causing it?

Any ideas?

Unplug your drivers side o2 sensors, the car will run in "open loop" mode (rich) if the problem goes away then it's the sensor, if it runs the same move on. To me it sounds like an o2 sensor issue, try what i told you, it's easy and free.

I've experienced a similar problem that was a result of plugged injectors.

I had very low O2 numbers indicating a lean condition and noticiable rough idle and a DTC for the right bank.

You are right about getting the exhaust leak fixed first, then checking other items.
