If you have your shortblock sitting outside of your engine bay, could you please provide me with a picture of the serial numbers that VRE engraves on the side of their shortblocks? I need an example of one to display to a shop.
I have already talked to VRE, they may get me a pic soon, but if anyone conveniently has their block sitting around for a nice clear pic, I'd appreciate it .

Sounds like you're trying to counterfeit a VRE shortblock.

 

If you only knew... Disregard the post, I received the picture. Thanks Eric. I rather not get into the issue with what has happened in my case, and I can assure you it's not a problem with VRE or any sponsors here for that matter. Hopefully, things will get resolved soon and then I will share the details.

 

sounds to me like he brought his engine to a shop and didnt get the same one back.
